The HOEOCA Awards for 2019 are as follows

| Golden Ladle - Good Egg Award | David & Beryl Reed for orgaising their first Rally in challenging circumstances |
| Autumn Rally - Fancy Dress Award | The crew of Tres Jolie for Alien |
| Dipstick | Billy Forsyth for an interesting departure from the dock during Hot Hot Hot |
