OVERVIEW

We're going to new venue for our traditional end of year celebration this year -The  Royal and Leamington Rooms at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club in Leek Wootton.

We'll enjoy a 3-course dinner with tea/coffee, the presentation of our annual club awards, dancing to a DJ and a raffle in aid of the Commodore's Charity. Family and friends are very welcome to join us for this event.

STARTERS

• Chef’s soup of the day (V)
• Chicken liver parfait with caramelised orange shallots & brioche toast
• Roasted beetroot, walnut & goats cheese salad (V)

MAIN COURSES

• Baked salmon fillet, served with new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a lemon butter sauce.
• Roast chicken breast served with new organic potatoes, seasonal vegetables and tarragon   sauce
• Roasted vegetable gateaux, baby new potatoes and salsa verde (Vg)

DESSERTS

• Lemon meringue tart served with whipping cream (V)
• Seasonal crumble served with hot custard (V)
• Banana sticky toffee pudding served with butterscotch sauce (Vg)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Overnight accommodation is available at The Warwickshire Hotel and they'll provide a shuttle through the picturesque grounds (in the dark!). We've got 6 rooms at the discounted rate of  £145 per room to include breakfast and access to Gym, Swimming Pool, and Sauna, which will be released on 17 October. Check in from 3pm  to enjoy the facilities and check out by 11am. A round of golf on the 9 or 18 hole championship golf course, is available at an extra cost. If you are local or not the towns of Warwick, Leamington and Stratford upon Avon are all close by to make a weekend of it.

If you need a room reservation please book direct with the hotel but make sure they know it’s for the HOEOCA event and provide a card guarantee so they can allocate a room.
